How do I apply?
You can apply online immediately via our RentCafe portal. Online applications automatically remove the unit from the market pending full application processing. Alternatively, you can complete a paper application in person with one of our Leasing team members.


The security deposit is $500. For additional application information, please contact our Leasing Office.

We are a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs! Our on-site dog park is perfect for your furry friends to enjoy. Here are the details of our pet policy:
  • Cats and Dogs of All Breeds and Sizes are Welcome!
  • Maximum of Two Pets per Apartment
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per Pet
  • Nonrefundable Fee: $325 per Pet, $475 for Two Pets

  • Pay Online: Simplify the payment process using the resident portal on RentCafe. Pay securely with an e-check, debit card, or credit card from your computer, tablet, or phone. Instructions for setting up automatic or one-time payments are included in this email.
  • Flex Payment Option: Spread out your rent payment throughout the month with Flex. Flex ensures on-time rent payments by covering the full rent amount, allowing you to pay it back in multiple installments on your schedule. For details, contact help@getflex.com or download the Flex app, “Flex – Rent On Your Schedule.”
Submit maintenance requests by logging into the RentCafe portal. For urgent issues, we provide 24/7 emergency on-call service. Additionally, residents can access our “Fix-It Fast” video resources to learn how to handle minor issues themselves.
